We advise that customers should contact the business at support@myboxprinting.com within three working days of receiving their order. If the products do not meet their requirements and specifications or are defective, consumers should inform the company. It is because the products and services provided by myboxprinting.com are according to the client's request. Although a chargeback is not an option, if there is a fault at the company's end with the product, a free reprint of the order will be given.

The management team of my boxprinting.com decides what the defect is. If the customer wants to reprint the order properly, you must return the complete order within seven (07) working days at your own expense. You must not forget to send the necessary paperwork or defective products, and digital photos. If the client made a mistake and they still want a refund, they must return the printed job to us.
