My Box Printing has the complete right to change any option presented on our website, mobile application, or these terms and conditions at any time with or without any prior intimation to the customer of MyboxPrinting.com. We suggest our users visit our platform periodically. If you keep using the website or mobile application after new changes to the terms, it will be considered as your explicit agreement to the new changes. The material that is used in the production of our product is in possession of My Box Printing. We will not share or sell this material to any unauthorized third party or company. Free samples and custom-created designs for customers will be our property and we reserve the right to display or showcase our expertise across our platforms.

User Account, Conduct, and App Limitations

My Box Printing will not be answerable for the material shared or uploaded by the customer on MyBoxPrinting.com or via our mobile application, and we do not guarantee the validity, decency, or morality of such material. However, in compliance with applicable platform guidelines and to maintain a safe community, we actively review and moderate reported content.

Content Reporting & Moderation (UGC Policy)

Users can report any objectionable, offensive, or inappropriate content directly through the in-app contact feature or by emailing us at support@myboxprinting.com. We are committed to reviewing and taking appropriate action on all reports within 24 hours, including removing violating content and, where necessary, suspending the responsible user accounts. Users may also block or report other users whose content they find objectionable.

Prohibited Content: Users are strictly prohibited from uploading content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, or that infringes on the rights of others. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

The company is fully authorized to keep the posted content or reveal it to the public if required: (a) in a judicial process; (b) to apply the terms of service; (c) to reply to claims that content disobeys third-party rights; or (d) when required to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers and our platform.

It is the customer's prime duty to provide correct information while ordering your product online or creating an account. Our platform is solely designed for the use of human beings; any automated means or bots cannot use our website or app. My Box Printing is completely authorized to take judicial action against those who violate or misuse our terms.

Customers will be solely responsible when they upload or publicly share any material like pictures, artwork, custom box templates, or written content. You accept that images or text uploaded or shared by you will not contain any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or patent work of a third party unless you have a legal approval from the respective party.

Users accept that they will not upload or spread any unpleasant kind of picture, video, or written content that is obscene, restricts other users from using our services, or oversteps the intellectual property rights of MyBoxPrinting.com or any third party.

Follow The Legitimate Process and Security

The user of this platform agrees to hold harmless, defend, and reimburse MyBoxPrinting.com, including all of its stakeholders, in case of un-demonstrated printing performed on the product by the company which was explicitly requested by the customer and subsequently claimed against the company due to the wrong act of the customer.

By using our website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly read, comprehended, and agreed to the Privacy Policy of My Box Printing with full consent. While placing an order or registering, customers must ensure they have all necessary rights and permissions to place the order and that unique products can be created by the company on your behalf.

To use this website or mobile application, your age must be sufficient to legally stick to these proceedings (at least 13 years of age).

Authentication & Account Security: For security purposes, you must keep your password safe and manage the access of your registered account, whether logged in via standard email/password credentials or third-party authentication services including Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or Phone OTP verification via SMS.

Apple Sign-In: When you choose to sign in with Apple, you may opt to share or hide your email address. We respect this preference and use the provided relay email solely for essential service communications related to your account and orders.

If someone gains unauthorized access to your account and places an order, you will be held accountable for that act. You are solely responsible for any exploitation of our platform or misuse of consumer data resulting from shared or compromised credentials.

Account Deletion: Account holders can request full deletion of their account and all associated personal data directly within the mobile application through the Settings menu, or by emailing support@myboxprinting.com. Upon request, your account and data will be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days, in compliance with App Store and Play Store guidelines.

Copyright Notice

All data used on our platform, including software, application source code, data, written material, images, photographs, graphics, illustrations, design concepts, maps, and all other content, is mutually and collectively termed as "Our Platform Content." It is agreed by the use of this website or app that My Box Printing is the sole owner of that content. We do not allow anyone to modify, republish, distribute, or transmit our platform content without legitimate written approval from the platform owner.

User-Generated Content: When you upload artwork, designs, or other content to our platform, you retain ownership of that content. By uploading, you grant MyBoxPrinting a limited license to use, reproduce, and process the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing our services.

Return and Refund Policy

My Box Printing carefully manufactures and designs products precisely according to the customer's requirement. Since these products are entirely customized, they hold no resale value. It is a mandatory part of our sales process that customers carefully view the detailed digital proof before making a bank or digital payment and approving the order for manufacturing. After mutual verification via email, application chat, or dashboard approval, we send your order to the manufacturing department.

My Box Printing is not answerable for any copy or design errors including misspellings, dates, or color variations. Digital screens and mobile displays may vary in color combinations compared to the human eye. Once manufacturing has started, the customer is liable to pay the entire amount, including shipment charges and applicable taxes.

If My Box Printing is unable to fulfill the order commitment, a refund may apply with the adjustment of a minimal cancellation charge of 25% per job. If your product is not printed according to your requirement or you find a defect, you must inform the company within 3 working days after receiving your order. To request a reprint, the defective product must be sent back by the customer to the company within 7 business days at their own expense.

Fast shipment and rush order charges are non-refundable. Due to uncontrollable external factors like weather and damage during transit, My Box Printing will not be held responsible. There will be no reimbursement for design services. If you are facing any problem, you should register your complaint within 3 days of receipt of your final order, accompanied by photographic references or digital uploads via our support channels.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Customers can transfer their balance through bank account transfer, cash deposit, PayPal, or other integrated secure digital payment gateways available on our platforms. The order will be processed only when the cheque, cash, or digital transfer fund is completely accessible to our system. Once you approve the final digital file or hard copy layout, the printing task is sent to the press department.

Our platform displays the prices of products in U.S. Dollars (USD), and payments will be processed in the same currency. Customers must pay sales tax within the state of IL while processing an order unless a valid tax exemption certificate is presented. Once the order has been approved for manufacturing, the customer cannot request a refund because the products are completely customized and have zero resale value. Banks, PayPal, or other financial/merchant authorities are not liable to refund any amount under such circumstances.

No adjustments can be made to the design or turnaround time once the task is sent to the press department. A customer has an option to cancel their order within 24 hours of placement, but it will cost 50% of the total payment to compensate for the company's time and digital resources used. After the 24-hour time limit, the company cannot guarantee any cancellation.

Limitation in Artwork/File Submission

Users provide their artwork to our designers to create new layouts or upload them directly via our mobile app or website upload tools. The artwork should be in a minimum of 300 DPI (Dots per Inch) in its final form and in CMYK format. Files provided in other sizes, formats, lower resolutions, or alternative color spaces (like RGB) may cause blurred images or unexpected printing variations and are not acceptable for the printing process.

The company reserves the right to decline any order containing indecent, abusive, or unlawful materials without any prior intimation. The customer assumes full liability when placing an order ensuring that printing material is created according to their direction. If the orientation, bleed lines, or sequence of the placed order does not match your expectations due to file submission flaws, the customer will be responsible. While the company takes standard precautions to prevent errors, My Box Printing is not liable for data loss regarding uploaded files. When you upload artwork to our platform, it remains your legal property.

Attestations and Color Precision

It is the customer's explicit duty to update and examine the proof before production. Turnaround time mentioned on our platform is implemented only after the proof agreement is finalized. Please double-check your layouts before final approval. Errors can occur regarding spacing, copy, layout, punctuation, font rendering, or image positioning. Electronic proofs do not handle transparency conflicts, over-printing problems, or color conversions from RGB/Pantone to CMYK.

The company will not be accountable for color variations on laminated finishes. Spelling, grammar, font type, dielines, cropping marks, or finished product size differences remain the full responsibility of the customer once enclosed in the final approved proof. All packaging material is shipped flat and pre-assembled.

Due to the built-in limitations of commercial printing processes, the colors submitted as artwork cannot be perfectly mirrored on the final stock; we cannot guarantee 100% color accuracy. By placing an order, you agree to these inherent industrial drawbacks. There will be no reprinting for minor color shifts. However, if you order a premium hard proof, the company will guarantee color precision, though additional fees will apply.

Policy and Procedure for Accepting Shipments

When we ship the product to the requested location, it is the buyer's responsibility to clear all custom duties, local taxes, and fees for deliveries outside the USA. Standard shipping within the USA takes 10 to 12 days, accelerated shipping takes 6 to 8 days, and ground shipping requires 2 to 3 days with no weight or quantity limitations. Extra charges will apply for shipping to multiple locations.

The company is not responsible for losses, damage, or delays that occur during third-party transportation. Address errors or submissions of incomplete addresses will result in additional handling and shipping fees for re-shipment. The company follows the standard manufacturing rule of delivering 5% extra or less than the ordered quantity, and the customer will only be billed for the actual delivered balance in case of an underrun.

Production turnaround time starts only after full payment is confirmed, artwork files are verified by the press department, and digital proof approval is received. Production speed options selected on our platform display the number of business days from printing to shipment dispatch. According to Central Standard Time (CST), approvals must be sent before 10:00 AM for the day to count. Delays caused by uncontrollable factors like severe weather conditions or customs clearing hold-ups are not directly related to us. If a delay occurs solely due to our internal printing process error, shipping upgrades or partial compensation may apply, but the order cannot be canceled.
